Quality of design and services has always been a priority for us. SAFF-ROSEMOND's top managers believe Quality Management System (QMS) is one of the basic principles of our business and should be implemented perfectly to cover our Client, Organization and ISO9001:2000 Requirements.
Project Quality Control
SAFF-ROSEMOND's Engineering Services are governed by Project Quality Plans based on Quality Management System and any specific applicable Standard for particular parts of work to meet the specific Requirements of clients and enhance their Satisfaction. These Quality Plans are complemented by specific detail procedures complying with Organization QMS, Client's technical and Contractual Requirements. In our Company each Manager, PSL and Engineer is responsible for ensuring the part of work under his/her control, being implement effectively, further more Quality Control is performed with Project QA/QC Responsible.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance, as distinguished from Quality Control (QC), involves activities in the business, systems, and technical audit areas. The company strictly Follows QA manual Comprising of QMS instructions and Procedures Applicable to work and services Performed by us. We Wish to Implement ISO10006:2003 guidelines and Develop project Management Standards for continues Improvement of our situation.
Feasibility Study
SAFF-ROSEMOND Co. is strongly committed to the HSE requirements. All projects are executed giving atmost priority to SAFF-ROSEMOND Co. Every project is carried out in accordance with SAFF-ROSEMOND Engineering's Safety Policy and a Safety Program is prepared for work to be achieved, in order to ensure a safe design. The primary object of any project is produce a design in which all hazards have been identified, assessed, quantified and then mitigated and eliminated as far as possible. To facilitate this object, a number of documented safety systems are in place and followed up across each project phase to demonstrate acceptable Health and Safety performance.
