Scope of Work

IOOC (COMPANY) has awarded an EPCI project to NSQ for one jacket of wellhead platform in Arash Field. The SCOPE OF WORK covers provision of engineering, procurement and construction services, installation and commissioning of the facilities for the Arash substructure (jacket). The work comprises the procurement and supply of all materials and equipments, detailed engineering & design including fabrication and installation engineering, fabrication and installation of the jacket, piles and appurtenances. Drilling access deck for the A1 jacket is also included. In summary this involves; one new Wellhead (A1) platform in the ARASH field.

Brief Description

NSQ has signed an agreement with SAFF-ROSEMOND (Engineering Subcontractor) to provide the necessary engineering services for the Project. SAFF-ROSEMOND has also signed a Subcontract with DORSEA to provide the necessary engineering services for the Conceptual, Detail and installation engineering and design of the facilities according to the scope of work defined in the Subcontract. This procedure provides instructions, forms, and formats for planning and implementing management, administration, and control during execution of the various phases and activities of subcontractor. Following the issue of this procedure, it will be the basis for coordination between SAFFROSEMOND and DORSEA. This procedure will not add to, alter, or detract from the contractual agreement between SAFFROSEMOND and DORSEA, but will provide the mechanisms for the administration and execution of the subcontract and presentation of mutual relationship.
