Scope of Work

The scope of work is Procurement Engineering, Construction and Installation Engineering of about 3 km Pipeline between A9 wellhead and AA production platforms. Also Procurement, Construction and Installation Engineering of Spools and Risers of both platforms are included. Design Engineering Also is consist of Pre-Engineering/Pre-lay Survey and also Post-lay survey for both 3 km pipeline (Geophysical Survey) and Diving Survey adjacent the platforms for seabed and jacket faces as built drawings. Pre-commissioning engineering and final dossier are done at the final stage.

Brief Description

The Aboozar oil field has located 70km west of Kharg Island in the Persian Gulf. It is an old oil field under operation form more than 30 years ago. There are various wellhead and production platforms in the field. Extracted oil is transmitted to Kharg Island with pipe line. Hence, the scope of work limit is summarized in below:

24” pipeline connecting A9 to AA. (Direct distance between A9 and AA is about3.2 km, and the water depth is about 40 m.)
24” riser and spool piece removal and installation new one for A9 Platform.
24” riser and spool piece removal and installation new one for AA Platform.
